Please consider these Instructions BEFORE your trip to Canary Islands
When visiting the Canary Islands we want you to have a pleasant holiday and enjoy all the beautiful things that our Islands have to offer, however accidents do happen and when they do we will be here to help.
However we ask that you take some precautions to enable us to assist you in the fastest and most efficient way possible.
It may be that any member of your party will require assistance and if it is the Masonic Brother, the other members of the party may not know what to do.
We suggest that you inform all the people you are travelling with how to access our site and what procedure they should carry out should they need our help.
We suggest that you make a note of the name of the Secretary of your Lodge, his phone number and a note of your Passport number, this information should be made known to the people you are travelling with.
The questions that you or they will be asked by the Brother you have asked for assistance are as follows:
- What is the nature of the Emergency.
- Where you (or the person who requires assistance) is located.
- Your full name.
- Your country of origin.
